The “Fonds zur Förderung der Versicherungsmathematik”/“Fonds pour l’encouragement des sciences actuarielles” of the Swiss Association of Actuaries may be able to provide support for participation (dispensation from registration fees as well as financial support for travel costs) if you are experiencing financial difficulties under certain conditions.
Candidate’s prerequisites are (not exhaustive):
– Your current activity’s (work, research, teaching) relation to the summer school topic and previous knowledge/academic background
– Lack of support from employer/university
– Lack of other financial resources (income, own funds, considering personal and family situation)
